 <description><![CDATA[原料：面粉、温水、白糖、酵母、苏打。

做法：

1、面粉400克加195克(左右）温水5克白糖，2克盐，5克酵母，1克苏打搅拌成面团。

2、发酵至2倍大。

3、加入黑芝麻粉50克。

4、揉成面团。

5、做成小馒头上笼，静置30分钟。
